Curt 24x60 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander- Video
Ryan: Hey everyone, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, we're going to be taking a look at the CURT hitch mounted cargo carrier. So my first impression with the CURT cargo carrier on the back of the Outlander is that it's going to be pretty large. It's going to give us a lot of space to take all of her stuff out of the inside of our Outlander and put it back here and that'll really make it a lot more comfortable when you're driving around, especially on those long trips. What really stands out to me too, is the amount of space we have in between the carrier and the bumper. It's going to make it really easy to get in and out of here, and open up your hatch, and get whatever you may need and then out of the back. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander- Video
Today on our 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, we're doing a test fit of the current 20x40 cargo carrier. That part number is C18110. This is designed to work with both inch and a quarter and two inch hitches and has a 300 pound weight capacity. Though it has a pretty high weight capacity, it is light weight so it's easy to insert and take out of your hitch. We're going to start off with a ground clearance measurement here. I have about 14 inches of clearance. Overall to our vehicle, we have about 30 and a half inches. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander C18150- Video
Today on our 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander, we're doing a test-fit of the Curt 20x60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is C18150. Now this is designed to work with 2-inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. First thing we're going to start off with is our ground clearance measurement. We're going to have about 13 1/2 inches of clearance. Overall to our vehicle we're adding about 31 inches, and our closest point is going to be about 10 inches. Now, on our Outlander we do have a single passenger side exhaust. more

Now this is designed to work with 2 inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. First thing we're going to do is take a few measurements. Starting off with our ground clearance. We're going to have about 11 1/4 inches of clearance down there. more

Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander- Video
Today on our 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander we're doing a test fit of the Stromberg-Carlson 23 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is CC-100. Now this is designed to work with 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. The first thing we're going to do with it installed is take a few measurements. Starting off with our ground clearance, we're going to have about 9-1/2". Overall to our vehicle we're going to have about 30-3/4" added. more
